i'm a boutique regular and/or prefer shopping in-store. do i need to make an appointment?
To our locals and Richmond regulars—thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your continued in-store support.
Appointments are now required to visit our boutique from Monday–Thursday. No bookings are needed on Fridays and Saturdays with walk-ins welcome.

how can i cancel/reschedule my appointment?
Any changes to your appointment must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Directly cancel or reschedule your appointment via your booking confirmation email. Alternatively, please contact our boutique via phone or email.
WHEN CAN I CLICK & COLLECT?
For Click & Collect orders, we kindly ask that you book an appointment with us in advance from Monday to Thursday. On Fridays and Saturdays, you’re most welcome to drop by for a walk-in. You will be notified via email when your order is ready to be picked up.
What if I don’t have an appointment? Can I walk in on the day?
If you do not have an appointment, walk-in visits may be accommodated subject to staff availability. Our team will do their best to assist you, however, entry cannot be guaranteed without a prior booking.
All walk-in visitors are required to comply with our conditions of entry, including providing their full name, mobile number, and email address upon arrival.
If we are fully booked, we kindly invite you to secure the next available appointment via our booking system, or visit us on Friday or Saturday when walk-ins are welcomed.
I'm not free on monday - thursday. when can i come in?
Don't worry, walk-ins are welcome every Friday and Saturday.
